Abstract: This Regulation updates and supplements certain provisions applicable to the greening practices established by Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013. In particular, the following provisions set out under Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 639/2014 are amended: calculation of the ratio of permanent grassland (art. 43), maintenance of the ratio of permanent grassland (art. 44), criteria for the types of ecological focus areas (art. 45).
