Abstract

This Regulation lays down some amendments to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/98 on the implementation of the European Union's international obligations under the International Convention for the Conservation of the Atlantic Tunas and the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries. The amendments concern the calculation of by-catch limits and general derogations for the NAFO Regulatory area; cod in NAFO Divisions 3NO; American plaice in NAFO Divisions 3LNO; Yellowtail flounder in NAFO Divisions 3LNO; and Redfish in NAFO Division 3M.
