The Regulation entered into force on 3 June 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation is adopted to supplement Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (CFP), which sets out the Common Fisheries Policy. There are hereby specified the cases of non-compliance as well as the cases of serious non-compliance by a Member State with its obligations under the CFP that may trigger the interruption of the payment deadline for an interim payment claim or a suspension of payments under articles 100 and 101 of Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014.
