This Decision shall enter into force with its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 1 January 2020.
Abstract

The Annex to this Decision sets out the multiannual Union programme for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector for the period 2020-2021 covering the detailed list of data requirements as referred to in point (a) of Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1004.
