Abstract

By way of derogation from article 4(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 1451/2007, this Decision authorizes France to allow the placing on the market of biocidal products containing Temephos, for vector mosquito control in the French overseas departments until 14 May 2014, as long as the conditions set out in article 2 are met.
