Abstract

This Decision sets out emergency measures concerning documentary, identity and physical checks, including laboratory analysis, to be carried out by Member States on consignments of fresh pears originating in or coming from Turkey. These checks and controls shall in particular aim at ascertaining that the level of amitraz does not exceed the European Community maximum residue level established under Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005.
