Abstract

By way of derogation from point 46 (d) of Annex I to Directive 64/433/EEC, Sweden is hereby authorized to allow the cutting of fresh beef and pigmeat under the conditions prescribed by the Annex to this Decision. The Annex lays down particular requirements relating to refrigerating rooms, temperature of cutting premises, time within which the carcases shall be cut and boned from the end of the slaughtering operations, etc.
