Abstract

This Decision establishes particular rules governing the importation into the Community of figs, hazelnuts and pistachios as well as certain products derived thereof and listed out in article 1 (1). Member States may not import those products when they are intended for human consumption or to be used as an ingredient in foodstuffs, unless the consignment is accompanied by the analysis and by a health certificate to be completed as set out in Annex I. Moreover, consignments may only be imported into the Community through one of the points of entry referred to in Annex II.
