Abstract

This Law consisting of 25 articles divided in V Sections aims at: establishing the competent authorities, at national and local level, to achieve: elimination or mitigation of desertification; achieving development of material and human capabilities; creating a successful environment to achieve the intended goals; and coordinating between them through a mechanism of supervision and follow-up.
