Reg. 18/93). The Code lays down provisions relating to the practice of waterworks systems using high quality groundwater. Section 2 of Part 2 establishes that any person who constructs, operates or reclaims a waterworks system that uses high quality groundwater must do so in accordance with this Code of Practice. Furthermore, any conflict between the registration application and the terms and conditions of this Code of Practice shall be resolved in favour of this Code of Practice.
