Reg. 119/93). Section 2 of Part 2 establishes that any person who constructs, operates or reclaims a wastewater system that uses a wastewater lagoon as a wastewater treatment plant, must do so in accordance with this Code of Practice. Furthermore, any conflict between the registration application and the terms and conditions of this Code of Practice shall be resolved in favour of this Code of Practice.
