Abstract

The present Code enacts the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act. The Code lays down provisions relating to energy recovery which means the production of alternate fuel, or burning waste as fuel. Section 2 of Part 2 establishes that any registration holder who conducts energy recovery must do so in accordance with this Code of Practice. The text consists of 3 Parts as follows: General requirements (A); Production of alternate fuel (B); Burning waste as fuel (C), Two Schedules are enclosed.
