Abstract

These Regulations provide for management of cod fishery in the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) Area VII (excluding VIIa) by a boat entered in the Register of Fishing Boats or in the EU Community Fishing Fleet Register. The Regulations prescribe amounts of cod that may be kept on board of fishing vessels of specified length and prohibits the transhipment of cod.
