Abstract

This Decree provides rules relative to the production and marketing of a species of palm fruit named "Coco-de-Mer". Producers of this fruit shall register with the responsible minister. No person shall deal in Coco-de-Mer without a licence and no mature nuts shall be removed from any place in Seychelles to another without permit.
