Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Schleswig-Holstein Fishery Law of 10 February 1996. The Ordinance applies to coastal waters under article 1 of the afore-mentioned Schleswig-Holstein Fishery Law. The Ordinance applies to all types of fishing, unless regulations of the European Union provide otherwise. Article 2 lists minimum size of fish and closed seasons.
