Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Environment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to a coal and petroleum coke ban for heating. For the purpose of the present Regulation "conversion plan" means a plan to switch from coal or petroleum coke as the energy source for space heating purposes to an alternate energy. The text consists of 5 sections.
