The present Regulation enters into force on 1 April 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Federal Hunting Act in its version of 29 September 1976 (BGBl. I p. 2849. In particular, the Regulations lays down provisions relating to cloven-hoofed game. Article 1 establishes that foster communities of such game shall be admitted only in suitable habitats. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: General provisions (I); Shooting plan for red deer, fallow deer and mouflons (II); Shooting control (III); Age classes (IV); Entry into force and expiry (V).
