Abstract The present Regulation implements the Federal Hunting Act in its version of 29 September 1976 (BGBl. I p. 2849. In particular, the Regulations lays down provisions relating to cloven-hoofed game. Article 1 establishes that foster communities of such game shall be admitted only in suitable habitats.
