Abstract

These Regulations lay down rules for the specification of the closing lines delimiting internal waters. According to these Regulations, internal waters are defined as “all waters on the landward side of the baseline of the territorial sea or any closing lines to the extent that those closing lines are outside the archipelagic baselines”. The geographic coordinates of the closing lines delimiting internal waters are listed in the Schedules.
