These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the fees or charges payable by a person who has made an application for an emissions ruling under section 107 of the Act to enable the recovery of all or part of the direct and indirect costs of the chief executive in receiving and processing the application.
