For the purpose of ensuring its revisions, this Regulation expires on 1 September 2014.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Climate Change and Emissions Management Act (S.A. 2003, c. C-16.7). In particular, section 2 establishes the Climate Change and Emissions Management (CCEMC) Corporation as a delegated authority. The text – consisting of 15 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: definitions, delegation of duties, functions and powers, payment of Fund money to delegated authority, inspection and audit, annual report, records and expiry.
