Abstract

These Regulations classify hazardous substances into categories (A and B) and stipulate exemptions for certain materials in certain quantities from selected provisions of the Hazardous Substances Law. The Schedule to these Regulations relates to Category A hazardous materials and their concentrations and to Category B hazardous materials and their quantities. The list includes various types of pesticides.
