Abstract

There are hereby established particular measures to be implemented in order to keep Malta free from classical swine fever, in accordance with articles 5(1) and 23(b) of the Veterinary Services Act. A plan for the eradication of classical swine fever is to be adopted in compliance with Rule 3. The European Commission shall carry out regular on-the-spot checks in order to verify that the plan is being applied.
