Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that class 1 developments relate to agriculture, energy production, fisheries, forestry, manufacturing, transportation and waste disposal. Section 3 lists developments for class 2 including forestry, habitat modification, mining, recreation and water development. Section 3 outlines developments concerning class 3, such as energy production, mining, water development, etc. The text consists of 5 sections.
