Abstract

These Regulations, implementing provisions of the Native Terrestrial Biodiversity and National Parks Act, no. 14 of 2015, provide for defining the prescribed wildlife species according to the CITES Convention, and concerns the issuance of permits for import and export of species and related fees. The attached schedules define: lists and species of mammals (including marine mammals), birds, reptiles (including turtles), amphibians, fishes, insects, molluscs, corals, sea anemones, plants.
