This Circular enters into force on the day it is approved by the Minister.
Abstract

This Circular sets forth provisions on the establishment, duties and working principles of the National Plant Health Committee to strengthen coordination between institutions and universities engaged in plant protection, agricultural chambers and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in the fields of research, planning and implementation.
