The procedures enter into force on 1 November 2013.

Abstract

The Committee advises the Danish AgriFish Agency in matters relating the control and dispensation practices for Ecology authorized business and utilities. Among its tasks, the simplification and response to rule violations. The Committee also advises on the application of existing rules, rule formation, EU policy and other international issues, approval and publication policy of offenses in the sector of ecology.
