Entry into force notes

This Circular enters into force upon the approval of the Minister of Food Agriculture and Livestock.

Abstract

This Circular sets out the principles and procedures of the implementation of import rules for fruit, vine, strawberry and vegetable seedling. The Circular covers provisions on the applications for and the issuance of import permits, institutions and persons authorized for the import of planting materials and provisions on plant breeders rights.
