The present Ordinance has entered into force on 1 June 2003.
Abstract

The present Ordinance provides for the enforcement of the Chemicals Act. It relates to bans, restrictive measures relating to the placing on the market of hazardous substances, preparations and products. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Restrictive measures (art. 1); Complulsory notification (art. 2); Compulsory information and registration (art. 3); Prohibition of automatic machines, mail order (art. 4); Expertise (art. 5); Norms (art. 6); Violations (art. 7); Criminal offence (art. 8). One Annex is enclosed.
