Abstract

The present Ordinance establishes various violations relating to Community regulations. For example, those listed in article 1 relate to the Regulation (EC) No. 2037/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council on substances that deplete the ozone layer; those listed in article 5 refer to the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 793/93 on the evaluation and control of the risks of existing substances. The text consists of 8 articles.
