Abstract

The aim of this Ordinance is the protection of human life and health as well as of the environment from harmful effects resulting from the processing, handling and putting into circulation of certain products. To such purpose, producers must ensure complicance with the Ordinance. The text lays down guidelines of good laboratory practices as well as procedures for the monitoring of their implementation. Furthermore, it deals also with confidentiality of information. The text consists of 12 articles. Two annexes are enclosed.
