Abstract

The aim of this Act is the protection of human life and health as well as of the environment from harmful effects resulting from the processing, handling and putting into circulation of certain products. To such purpose, producers must ensure compliance with the Act. The text consists of 78 articles divided into 7 Parts, i.e.: General Provisions, registration of new substances, labelling and packing (I); Special regulations on consumer products (II); Special provisions on the handling of poisonous substances (III);Surveying authorities (IV); Fees and sequestration proceedings (V); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
