In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection of cervids. Section 2 establishes that the purpose of this Regulation is to prevent the spread of chronic wasting disease and bovine tuberculosis among cervids in certain areas of the Province by prohibiting persons from placing items to attract cervids.
