Abstract

These Regulations implement Community legislation concerning the maximum weight of seed lots. They amend provisions of the Cereal Seed (Scotland) Regulations 2005 and the Fodder Plant Seed (Scotland) Regulations 2005 (S.S.I. 2005/329) concerning maximum weight of a seed lot of mixtures and content of mixtures.
