They also make a consequential amendment to the Fodder Plant Seed (England) Regulations 2002 to ensure that, where more than 50 percent of a seed lot comprising a mixture of fodder plant seed and seed for which the maximum weight of a seed lot is increased by these Regulations, the maximum weight of the mixed seed lot is the same.
