They also make consequential amendments of Regulations 13 and 19. The deposit payable by a consumer shall be: (a) 200 rupees multiplied by the number of living quarters; or (b) the appropriate fee corresponding to the size of the meter, as specified in Part C of the First Schedule, whichever is the higher.
