Every person who has or claims to have a water right shall fill in the form set out in the Schedule and submit it, together with copies of all documents specified in the form, to the Central Water Authority. An officer may, for the purpose of verifying any information submitted, enter any property in relation to which a water right is being asserted, in order to carry out a physical inspection of any abstraction, use and discharge of water. No person shall knowingly submit to the Authority any information or document which is incorrect, false or misleading.
