Abstract

These Rules provide for meetings and other matters relating to decision-making by the Central Board for the Prevention and Control of Pollution and procedures for transaction of business of Committees constituted by the Board under section 63 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. Matters here regulated include: Notice of Meeting, questions to be decided by majority; presiding officer, quorum, minutes, maintaining order at a meeting, order of business, etc. (11 rules)
