Abstract These Regulations implement the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994 by prescribing the particulars that a land owner must provide when notifying the Secretary that he or she has taken measures to comply with a notice under the Act; and by prescribing the measures that the Secretary may direct a land owner to take for the eradication or control of a noxious weed or the European Rabbit.
