Abstract

These Regulations implement in England certain provisions of Directive (EU) 2015/2203. They prescribe standards for products to which these Regulations apply and provide for the restrictions in use and marketing of edible caseins and caseinates, labelling requirements, enforcement, offences and penalties. Each food authority must execute and enforce these Regulations within its area.
