Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose the Directive (EU) 2015/2203 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to caseins and caseinates intended for human consumption into German national legislation. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Sphere of application and definition of terms (1); Requirements (2); Marking (3); Penalties (4).
