Abstract

The present Law applies to the breeding of cattle, swine, sheep, goats and equine animals. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Breeding organization, assessment of breeding value, data (2); Transfer of breeding animals and semen, egg cells and embryos and their use (3); Promotion (4); Competent authorities, Animal Breeding Committee, monitoring, external trade, regulations and final provisions (5); Final provisions (6). Five Annexes are enclosed.
