Abstract

The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed such as "carcasses", "parts of carcasses", "products", "plants for the disposal of carcasses". The following articles deal with issues such as principles to be applied, duty to dispose; disposal of carcasses, of parts of carcasses, and of animal products, exceptions, registration, import and export, penalties. The text consists of 21 articles
