Abstract

For the purposes of this Regulation, an animal is "in captivity" if it is prevented from leaving an enclosed area created through the use of fences, topographical features or other types of barriers, regardless of the size of the enclosed area. Section 2 establishes that no person shall hunt or permit the hunting of wildlife or exotic wildlife while they are in captivity.The text consists of 6 sections.
