Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the federal waste legislation. In particular, article 1 establishes that the implementation of such provisions belongs to the Canton and local authorities. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Special provisions for the disposal of certain waste (II); Planning of waste disposal (III); Authorization and monitoring of waste disposal plants (IV); Miscellaneous us (V); Final provisions (VI).
