The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Spatial Information Act. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the official survey, geographical names and correct addresses of buildings. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 11 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Auto-tracking (3); Marking (4); Objection procedure, approval and recognition (5); Registration (6); Administration of official survey (7); Geographical names (8); Address of buildings (9); Fees (10); Final and transitional provisions (11).
