Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the inland navigation in the Canton Uri unless federal legislation is applied. Article 2 establishes that on all waters ship shall be allowed to navigate.
