The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1999.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Hunting Law of 4 June 1989. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to principles of planning of hunting activities and prevention and compensation of game damage. The text consists of 36 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Subject matter and sphere of application (I); Planning of hunting activities (II); Special hunting (III); Prevention and compensation of game damage (IV); Final provisions (V).
