The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 1999.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Forestry Law of 1 February 1999. Article 1 establishes that the Construction, Environment and Economic Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection of forest against interventions (II); Protection against natural disasters (III); Care and use of forests (IV); Promotion measures (V); Investment loans of the federal government (VI); Forestry cooperatives (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
