Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Act of 9 October 1992 on foodstuff and articles of daily use. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act in the Canton Schwyz. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization and competence (II); Procedure (IV); Final provisions (IV).
