Abstract The present Ordinance enforces the Introductory Law implementing the Federal Environment Protection Act (Cantonal Environment Protection Law) of 2 December 2001. Article 1 establishes that the Education, Culture and Environment Office is responsible for the enforcement of the federal legislation concerning the environment.
